Compact prefabricated houses up to 120 m2

A compact house up to 120 m2 is often the smarter choice than it first appears: less area means lower building costs, a smaller plot requirement and permanently less heating and cleaning effort. In this selection eight houses between 94 and 119 m2 are available - among them bungalows for single-level living and cleverly laid-out semi-detached units for narrow plots.

The range spans from the compact architect's bungalow BL 95 by Baudirekt (94 m2) to the Duett 129 semi-detached unit by Fingerhut Haus (119 m2). On price the houses with a fixed starting price begin at 134,999 EUR for the ComfortStyle 10.01 W shell house and reach up to 422,373 EUR; three of the eight bungalows are calculated per project. Compact does not mean cramped here: the Mandoe by Danhaus, for example, fits four rooms into exactly 100 m2.
