Accessibility Statement
As of: 1 August 2026
Deutsche Neubau AG Ltd. endeavours to make its website Prefabricated House accessible in line with the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) and the regulations based on it. The technical requirements are based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, conformance level AA.
Status of compliance with the requirements
Because of the incompatibilities and exceptions listed below, this website is partially compliant with the requirements mentioned.
Non-accessible content
Despite our efforts, it may happen that individual pieces of content are not yet fully accessible. This applies in particular to:
- Individual embedded third-party content (for example videos, maps or calendar and appointment-booking services), over whose accessibility we have only limited influence.
- Occasional graphics, infographics and interactive calculators whose content is not yet fully accessible as text in every view.
- Individual PDF documents that were created before the requirements came into force and have not yet been made accessible.
We work continuously to remove identified barriers and to further improve the accessibility of our content.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 1 August 2026. The assessment is based on an internal review of the central page templates, forms and navigation elements, covering among other things colour contrast, keyboard operability, focus visibility, form labels and alternative text.
