So that you can better gauge what building a home costs, we organise the prices by finish level – turnkey they range from €2,000 to €3,500 per m², as a shell-finished house from around €1,300 per m² and as a kit house from about €900 per m². For those interested in building, Prefabricated House is free of charge. For qualified enquiries, participating construction or advisory partners may pay a referral fee.
