The Evolution, Lumina and Purea ranges

The Evolution bungalows 114 and 120 are the more compact entry-level models with a hip roof and three to four rooms on a single level. Lumina 130 offers more space as a four-room bungalow. The Purea models rely on a flat roof and clean, modern architecture — as a straight bungalow (Purea 142) or as an L-shaped variant. Bien-Zenker plans all models individually and hands them over turnkey.

L-shaped bungalows Purea 130 and Angulo 136

The Winkelbungalow Purea 130 combines the L-shaped floor plan with a hip roof, the Angulo 136 with a flat roof. The angle separates the living and sleeping areas and frames a sheltered terrace area. With four rooms, both models are suitable for families and for couples who want additional space for working and guests on a single level.

Why only ranges instead of fixed prices?

The final price of a bungalow depends on finish stage, fittings, region, ground conditions and ancillary costs. We therefore quote only starting-price ranges, as of 2026. A binding price only results from an individual offer by the manufacturer.

Does a Bien-Zenker bungalow fit your project?

The model range covers straight and L-shaped bungalows with a hip or flat roof. A few structured questions help with the selection:

  • Do you prefer the classic hip roof or the clean flat-roof architecture of the Purea range?
  • Is a straight bungalow enough, or do you need an L-shaped floor plan with clearly defined zones?
  • Does the individually planned timber construction match your ideas?
  • How many rooms do you need on a single level — including a study and guest room?
  • Have you budgeted for plot and ancillary costs on top of the house price?

How the pure construction costs of a bungalow are made up is explained in the brand-independent guide building a bungalow: costs. Floor plan types at a glance are shown by the page bungalow floor plans.
