Living spaces and room counts come from the model data on the portal.

Straight bungalows: compact to medium-sized

The Bungalow Kompakt 88 is the entry into single-level living: around 88 m², two rooms and one bathroom on one level. Somewhat more area is offered by the Lichthof 100 and Lichtblick 112, which with three to four rooms also give small families space. The Bungalow Sattel 105 stands out from the otherwise hip-roof-dominated programme with its shallow-pitched gable roof – an alternative when the development plan requires a pitched roof form. All models are built stone by stone and handed over turnkey.

L-shaped bungalows: more area, clear zones

The L-shaped bungalows Eckform 125, Sonnenwinkel 142 and Familienwinkel 150 rely on an angled floor plan. The bend separates the living from the sleeping area and creates a sheltered inner courtyard or a quiet terrace. With four to five rooms, these bungalows are suitable for families or for couples who additionally want a study and guest room on one level. Here too it stays with solid masonry with a hip roof.

Why only ranges instead of fixed prices?

The final price of a bungalow depends on the fit-out level, specification, region, ground conditions and ancillary costs. We therefore only name from-price ranges, as of 2026. A binding price only results from an individual offer from the manufacturer.

Does a Town & Country bungalow suit your project?

The model range covers a broad span from the compact two-room bungalow to the five-room L-shaped bungalow. A few structured questions help with the selection:

  • Is a compact bungalow enough, or do you need an angled floor plan with clear zones?
  • Does the solid stone-by-stone construction method suit your ideas?
  • Does your development plan allow the desired roof form (predominantly hip roof, alternatively gable roof)?
  • How many rooms do you need on one level – including a study and guest room?
  • Have you budgeted land and ancillary costs in addition to the house price?

How the pure construction costs of a bungalow are made up is explained by the brand-independent guide Building a bungalow: costs. Floor-plan types at a glance are shown by the page bungalow floor plans.
