Natuurlijk Prefab is a Dutch provider that guides prefab construction projects from the first feasibility check to completion. According to the website, the company was founded by the architect Martijn Braunstahl, who has around 35 years of experience as an architect, engineer and entrepreneur and is connected with the practice MTB Architecten, among others.
The approach puts up-front clarification at the centre: before designing, the firm checks what is feasible in planning, technical and financial terms, and works from the outset with a defined budget. A suitable team of specialists and partners is assembled for each project.
The range includes prefab residential houses, bungalows, houseboats, holiday homes and outbuildings, as well as business projects such as schools and holiday parks. Instead of standard houses, the focus is on tailored building plans, aimed mainly at the Dutch market.
